Austria Trend Hotel Europa Wien, Vienna

The hotel had very big rooms, which we appreciated, but they got a bit too warm and we had to open the window to keep the temperature down. Despite that, it was a quiet stay. The service was exceptional, with very nice and professional staff that even offered us an electric heater and additional blankets due to the heating not being on yet in the hotel. However, parking my car 7 minutes away was a bit inconvenient. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the main street with markets and restaurants. The dining experience was very good with fresh pastries and fruit, although we missed out on the organic pulled pork. The facilities were satisfactory, providing everything we needed.

My stay at On Trent Vienna was a mixed experience. The room had a very bad smell of mold and was not exceptionally clean upon arrival, but on the bright side, it offered a really nice view of KartnerStrasse. The location couldn't be more convenient, with the metro station just 2 minutes away and many fantastic attractions, shopping streets, and restaurants within walking distance. The dining experience in any Vienna café was one of the best I've ever had, with superb options and exceptional staff. The facilities were decent, although there were some issues with cleanliness. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
