Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were extremely large and comfortable, very clean, and fully equipped with all necessary accessories and technologies. The location is superb, just a two-minute walk from St Stephen's Cathedral with excellent restaurants and bars nearby. The vibrant atmosphere outside is soundproof, providing a safe and enjoyable stay. However, the service went beyond my expectations, making up for any small inconveniences.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and nicely equipped, but there was a persistent moldy smell that was unpleasant. The service was accommodating and friendly, but being dropped off a distance away with luggage was inconvenient. The location was excellent for exploring Vienna on foot, but the noise from surrounding roadworks was bothersome. The dining options were satisfactory, although limited in variety over time. Overall, a decent stay with some notable drawbacks.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were welcoming, clean, and warm, a perfect retreat from the freezing cold temperatures outside. The location was superb, right in the heart of the city center, making it easy to explore all the sights without traveling far. The service was top-notch with extremely pleasant and solicitous staff. However, the dining experience was a bit of a letdown with limited options and high prices.
The hotel is centrally located in Vienna, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms were comfortable, although the bathroom fell short of 4-star expectations. The service was exceptional and friendly. The dining experience was varied and abundant, offering a taste of international standards. Overall, a great value for the prime location.
The rooms were larger than typical for city hotels but appeared a bit shabby and the bathroom was not up to standard. The service was outstanding with prompt room changes and extremely polite staff. The location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions in the heart of Vienna. The dining experience was good overall, although some menu items were only available on specific days. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel had very big rooms, which we appreciated, but they got a bit too warm and we had to open the window to keep the temperature down. Despite that, it was a quiet stay. The service was exceptional, with very nice and professional staff that even offered us an electric heater and additional blankets due to the heating not being on yet in the hotel. However, parking my car 7 minutes away was a bit inconvenient. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the main street with markets and restaurants. The dining experience was very good with fresh pastries and fruit, although we missed out on the organic pulled pork. The facilities were satisfactory, providing everything we needed.
The hotel offers welcoming and clean rooms, perfect for combating the cold temperatures outside. The location is superb for exploring Vienna, with exceptional shopping and cultural experiences just a walk away. The service is friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. However, the dining options might be limited, especially for families traveling with children.
My stay at On Trent Vienna was a mixed experience. The room had a very bad smell of mold and was not exceptionally clean upon arrival, but on the bright side, it offered a really nice view of KartnerStrasse. The service was professional overall, but there were moments of short and seemingly ill-tempered interactions. The location couldn't be more convenient, with the metro station just 2 minutes away and many fantastic attractions, shopping streets, and restaurants within walking distance. The dining experience in any Vienna café was one of the best I've ever had, with superb options and exceptional staff. The facilities were decent, although there were some issues with cleanliness. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are decently sized and clean, though slightly outdated and with a strong carpet smell. The construction noise can be a downside, but the staff is very nice and helpful. The location is perfect, right in the center of Vienna with easy access to major attractions. The dining experience is acceptable, with a comfortable room and homemade marmalade. The facilities are decent overall.
The hotel is amazing right in the center of Vienna, offering a fantastic location near shops, restaurants, and cafes. The rooms are excellent, boasting a beautifully comfortable bed and the luxury of Nespresso pods. Despite a slightly archaic feel, the hotel provides upgraded rooms and great value for the price.
The hotel's location is fabulous, situated right in the heart of the old town between the cathedral and the Opera house, making it perfect for exploring on foot. The rooms were adequate in size and cleanliness, but the layout with stairs could be inconvenient when carrying luggage. The service was exceptional, with staff offering insightful tips on the old city, though external noise was not addressed promptly. The dining options were good but not outstanding. Overall, a great value for a centrally located hotel.
The hotel had comfortable and clean rooms, fully booked in the high season. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was very close to the center of Vienna, with a small room and great proximity to a busy shopping street. The dining was tasty, with excellent breakfast options. The facilities were convenient.
